Sample Ballots

You can obtain a sample ballot by clicking here: Polling Place Locator

First, enter your address into the search box and click the magnifying glass icon. If your address is found, the map will highlight your voting precinct and display information about your polling site on the right side of the page. Links to sample ballots will appear in the ‘Voting Info’ panel (see image below). During primary elections sample ballots will be provided for each party.

All ballots are PDF documents – please make sure your browser doesn’t prevent the PDF from opening.
