The 2020 State of the Union Address is scheduled to be given by the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, on February 4, 2020, in the chamber of the United States House of Representatives at the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. It will be addressed to the 116th United States Congress. It will be Trump’s third State of the Union Address and his fourth speech to a joint session of the United States Congress. President Trump was impeached on December 18, 2019, two days before his invitation to address Congress.
